Keenan Baldwin

Keenan Baldwin is a fifth-generation Tampa native. A graduate of University of South Florida in 2010 where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Upon graduation Keenan and his brother Hannibal formed B3 Ventures (formerly Baldwin Beach Capital), which serves as a private equity & venture capital fund for the Baldwin Family Office. The fund focuses on emerging restaurant & specialty retail opportunities mainly within the Southeast. During the last 36 months B3 Ventures Fund has led investments totaling $9,600,000 into emerging entrepreneurial businesses. Recent transactions include Yogurtology, fitlife foods & SiteZeus.

Given the focus of investments in the B3 Ventures Fund Keenan and Hannibal had a unique opportunity to have a front row seat in the expansion struggles and successes of several different notable restaurant & retail brands. Through these experiences SiteZeus was born, a web based location intelligence platform for brands with a multi-unit footprint. The company was founded in 2013.

Keenan is an avid outdoorsman, scratch golfer, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.


Bob Rycroft

Bob grew up in Chicago and received a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois – Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern. He’s a restaurant industry veteran with more than 25 years of casual dining experience. He’s held key positions in HR, Finance, Development, Marketing and Operations (eternally grateful his bosses accommodated his short attention span). As a long-time user of the People Report and Black Box products, he has a unique understanding of how companies can use data to gain strategic insights.

Bob originally joined TDn2K as a consultant partner, helping organizations assess performance and identify ways to leverage their human resources and sales data. He soon became involved in other aspects of the business and in 2015 took on the role of Managing Director. He works closely with the team to make sure our products and services continue to deliver best-in-class solutions for our members.
