Geoff Dyer is a veteran of the fitness world. Geoff founded Lifestyle Family Fitness in 1982 with his first club opening in Lakeland, FL. Lifestyle Family Fitness grew to 55 clubs and 200,000 members in four states under his leadership. With Lifestyle Family Fitness he brought fitness to all ages, partnering with Humana for the Silver Sneaker seniors program and creating a free teen summer membership program.
